He stayed on the phone with me while I read through the terms and answered my questions in a friendly manner. Actually , everyone I had contact with was very patient because this is the first time I have ever done any kind of refinance or loan since the original twenty-some years ago. everything went very smoothly and communication bu email was very helpful when sending documents, etc.

During this refinancing process, I would have appreciated knowing when the active loan team member took a scheduled leave . Trying to reach the alternate team member during their absence would have been less difficult .
