Communication. I emailed them almost every single day and they responded quickly

The initial people I spoke with were very professional and knowledgeable and did not rush through the process. When I had questions they responded quickly. the lawyer who closed with us was knowledgeable as well.

I can imagine that Keegan has a challenging job in that he has to determine "how informed" he needs to keep his clients. I am sure that there are some who want to know about every little change, while others, such as myself, only want to know if anything major has occurred. Keegan was quite adept at maintaining lines of communication without being overbearing. He was also able to answer any questions that I had, and if he did not know the answer, which was rare, he was able to provide me on in a timely manner.

The overall process, communication and promptness.

In addition to the clarifying the loan conditions, I find communication super important. Both Keegan and Jospeh were very responsive to questions I had, and always got back within the hour, or at least the same day (mostly within the hour). They cleared any "obstacles" during the loan process and saw it through to the end.

Other than downloading documents, but that's on me more, it was a pretty simple process.

Getting the paperwork to the title company on time for us to close and move. Instead the movers had to wait at the house until 4:30 before the money came through and we could move. Thank God they could stay and it went through. Because they were moving someone else the next day. If it hadn?t gone through the last minute, I don?t know what we would have done. It did not make for anyone involved happy.
