There aren’t enough words to express the absolute true and genuine care Jordan, Charlotte, and Melissa have for not only what they do but for the people they do it for. Until our move, I have been in a Director position I’m some form or another for customer service. These three - especially Jordan who has been on this ride with us since early 2021 when we thought we were making the move from GA back to our home state. The proactive nature of Jordan’s communication and absolute importance that we understand everything has shined through from Day 1. This is what makes him happy, seeing people get homes. Any time Jordan was out of the office he would let us know ahead of time and provide all persons and their respective contact information should we have any questions in the meantime. That would normally scare me but they never skipped a beat. To move on to Charlotte - while we did not have as much interaction with her as she provided a lot of the updated emails and requests for further documentation/paperwork, she is so absolutely Kind. Her customer service and demeanor is to be commended!
