Crystal was very hands on. Anytime that we had a question she was available. No matter the time of day.She explained and broke down things to us in a language that we could understand. She was friendly and made us feel like we could trust that she truly had our best interest at heart. She was devoted to being there for us and that is something that we respected and cherished as we were making a big financial decision.
