Where was the $930.00 applied that I sent which did not reach you before the closing date? It was to be applied to March's payment but it was too late to be recorded in the final computation. I think that check should be returned to me.

The refinance process was smooth from the beginning to the end.

The amount for the taxes was left of the paperwork which made the mortgage payment lower that I was told. I have called to report this and was told someone with get back with me and no one has gotten back to me, therefore my mortgage payment is due next month and I am still waiting for the change to be made on my mortgage statement. I would like to receive this change/correction before my mortgage payment is due. Thank you.

This Lady was very instrumental in my refinance! Very prompt with communication and very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process.

Very satisfied. The only negative was I was told I could add my wife and use her VA disability to reduce some closing costs, but that ended up mot being true. Closing costs ended up being more than originally discussed.

Very easy process for the most part. Had a small issue with a subordinate lean holder (home improvement loan) and what was required in documentation was not clearly explained. Other than that the whole process was very easy and information was clearly provided/requested. One small surprise was we were expecting zero in closing costs and were a little surprised when there was money included in the loan for it. We were told when we started there would be nothing due for closing. This was during our initial phone call before we started the process, not with Kellie Merrick.

The only thing that bothers me was that I had to go back to the 30-year rate in stead of being able to stay with where I was.

Nothing really. The process happened without issues, maybe because this is another VA loan with Freedom Mortgage. There was something very minor Kellie Merrick informed me but didn't cause any delays or issues so I don't even consider that a problem, in fact, credit to you to following up and addressing it quickly. Anyway it was a very good experience. The only thing which is really not on you, but do the notary process on line instead of in person. The notary was very quick and knowledgeable.

My original loan on this home started with Freedom. I have refinanced twice with Freedom's Eagle Eye program for lower rates. Freedom has made this incredibly easy - requiring very little documentation and is very cost effective. I appreciate them proactively reaching out to get me the lower rate. Their staff have all been helpful and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Freedom again.
