If I had been given a list of documents needed at the beginning rather than being asked for documents in what seemed like a piecemeal fashion, the process would have been much easier. I don?t blame Stacie or Cynthia but after a long day at work, I was not happy to be told of yet another document that I needed to locate, scan and send. The automated messages telling me I had zero tasks to do at the top of the message and then stating that I had four tasks to do in body of the email were extremely annoying. Especially when I took the time to login and then saw that there were no tasks after all. I almost stopped the whole process after a few of those.

I am a person with very poor computer skills. Stasie answer every question and some I didn't know to ask. Not at any time did she make feel silly or stupid. My underwriter was very kind and patience person too. For an over 70 yr.old factory worker with a Ged I never felt so safer when to understanding online paperwork. thank you for both these Ladies

Process was a little slower than I had hoped, but Stacie was solid at keeping me in the loop and things in general moving along. Bad decisions on my end lead to needing this refinance, and Stacie never took the opportunity to educate me on those decisions. Instead she just helped me through.

To say Stacie was helpful, is an understatment. In what is typically a painful process, Stacie ensured everything went smoothly. She was on top of her game and always communicated step by step processes and updates. The process was so easy because of her due diligence. I have to say I always had a smile on my face when talking with Stacie. I cannot express how thankful we were to work with her!!!
