Don was absolutely amazing but Newrez made this a long and tedious transaction. Don was the only reason I finished the process. If it wasn't for him I would have went with a different company. You guys made this process very frustrating and stressful. Not because of Don because of all the emails I received for things are already did. When I refinance my house in a year or 2 I will not use your company unless it's with Don.

This is our second mortgage process with Don, the first time was a refinance theach time I need an information well in advance of the transaction and during the communications 2nd was new mortgage. He was always anvailable to talk. He would request and provide detailed information to make important financial decisions. There was a lot of back and forth over a 8 month period as we investigated properties and potential mortgage option and costs. We highly recommend Don as a mortgage broker.
