I am please with my overall experience with the Newrez team.

We have our mortgage with Newrez, but we would refinance with Chase. We have banked with them for years. We informed Jay of such, and he asked us to remain with Newrez, as they could give us a better deal. We listened to him, and he indeed gave us a better deal. Jay kept us informed during the entire process; if we had questions, he responded to our phone calls immediately. Every process step, from the application to closing, was explained promptly and thoroughly. Refinancing with Newrez and working with Jay was a stress-free experience.

Jay and Eddie were very helpful throughout the entire process. When it looked like we might not qualify, Jay worked hard to get the process moving. He and Eddie didn?t let any paperwork roadblocks get in the way of getting everything approved.
