Where do I begin? Javed was simply outstanding to work with. He made my loan process completely smooth from the beginning of the application to the completion of the closing. He never over promised anything in terms of telling me”Yes, you’re definitely going to get the loan” which I really respect. I loved his honesty and his transparency regarding every aspect of the loan process. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns. I can go on and on but to sum up my experience with Javed, it was truly a pleasure and he is a true professional human being who cares about people’s needs. If it wasn’t for his kindness and listening to my issues regarding my needs for the loan I doubt I would’ve ever went through this process. Jay was fine. No complaints with him. Newrez system of accomplishing the closing was tedious as too much documentation redundancy being sent to me. You need to streamline the process which would lessen the time to complete the process. Probably would not come back to Newrez for this process again.

I am please with my overall experience with the Newrez team.

We have our mortgage with Newrez, but we would refinance with Chase. We have banked with them for years. We informed Jay of such, and he asked us to remain with Newrez, as they could give us a better deal. We listened to him, and he indeed gave us a better deal. Jay kept us informed during the entire process; if we had questions, he responded to our phone calls immediately. Every process step, from the application to closing, was explained promptly and thoroughly. Refinancing with Newrez and working with Jay was a stress-free experience.

Jay and Eddie were very helpful throughout the entire process. When it looked like we might not qualify, Jay worked hard to get the process moving. He and Eddie didn?t let any paperwork roadblocks get in the way of getting everything approved.
