Emma. She was the entire reason that we financed our mortgage with Wintrust again. She went and continues to go above and beyond for us. Her attention to detail and her responsiveness is second to none. Any time we had a question she answered it within 20 minutes. She is so dedicated to her work and making things a smooth process, that it was not uncommon to have her call us the second we sent an email with a question. This is my second mortgage with Emma as the loan officer and by the end of it we were talking like old friends. She made the experience so enjoyable and easy. This was fast and easy process. It happened so quickly I couldn't believe it. My loan officer Emma was able to answer my questions and find a product that worked best for me and my family. I closed several days before my anticipated closing date.

The issues we had, were on our end with another property that was supposed to close and we were initially going to use the funds for closing, Emma took the bull by the horns and pivited for us and had several backup plans as it came down to the wire with our other property we were selling.
