The processor I had to call for updates and it took two weeks to process. I already have my mortgage with Newrez and over 800 credit score. Felt I should have had faster or priority in processing.

Everyone we spoke with was very courteous and knowledgeable, we were kept well informed.

Not a lot of commumication unless we called or sent a email. We were also told the credit card checks would be sent overnight via Fed Ex but still have not received them.

Jonathan and Katie were phenomenal. They kept us in the loop. They pushed everything through with no long wait. They answered any and all messages with a quickness. They made a long process short.

we were able to send receive all info from home and it made the process more comfortable and if we had any questions or concerns someone would respond fairly quickly

The entire team was very helpful from start ing with Jonathan and the very helpful Kristian who helped with some minor repairs and Maverick who helped me after Jonathan. I was very happy with the whole process. The only people that held up my loan were the workers to complete the minor repair for 3 and 1/2 weeks and it was no fault of NewRez. I was impressed with the helpfulness and my daughter will be looking for a loan next spring and I surely will recommend.

The process was not as I was expected nor told. There seemed to be too many glitches and it took three attempts to finally get the closing completed. And it's now 11 days since the closing and some of the terms of the closing have yet to be completed. I will contact Camile, my loan processor, on Friday so we can hopefully get it all completed.

I was very satisfied with the process till the end when it went to the underwriter. Every time they requested additional support documents I would provide it. Then a couple days later they would come back that I need additional documentation. This happened about 4 times. Why couldn't they go through the entire paperwork and determine the first time what documents were needed. I know it had to do with my divorce decree. My divorce decree didn't change from the original one I sent yet they consistently wanted additional documentations. If it wasn't for my predicament with the divorce I would have stopped the process and gone with the original lender I had.
