Victoria West was amazing, the individual who worked for her and was or primary focal point was not so much. Trying to explain and get information across to her was useless. In my opinion she did not make our transactions as pleasant as they should be. She kept saying she has been doing this for blank blank years and she knew what she was doing. Her responses to my emails were curt and at times rude. Good thing Victoria was around to help salvage the process. We would get emails to sign documents with no explanation, no heads up. I also have a problem with having to pay twice for a home appraisal, same house, it didn't go anywhere, why not wait to do just the one appraisal. Again, this is not helpful to the client, it's all about more money for the company.
