I thought that Brian was a solid communicator. I shared some ideas that would help future individuals with closing - sounds like you had a new system for managing documents and some of the instructions that came directly from Wintrust were not entirely clear - for myself and my wife. I written communication, or even a script, stating that you have a new system and there may be kinks but you welcome feedback from clients would have gone a long way to proactively ease some of the confusion. Brian seemed attentive and appreciative of the feedback.
