Matthew was a pleasure to work with, very professional and responsive to emails. He was easy to speak to about the Home financing process and was patient when answering multiple questions. I was concerned after our application moved to the underwriters because the list of creditors to pay off changed several times between 10, to 2, then to 4, even after agreeing upon and reviewing the list. A letter was mailed that included 2 but at settlement there were 4, and we received checks for 4.

I am still unsure about how the payment to our credit card companies is to be handled and if New Rez takes care of it, will I be notified?
