I thought it would go more quickly. Actually refinancing my entire mortgage didn't take that long. The reviewers didn't like the report about my TSP withdrawal because the PDF file didn't have my name on it. If I hadn't been able to get a screenshot with my name appearing in the dropdown utility menu, I don't know what we would have done. I considered canceling the process and just paying for the geothermal from my savings several times.
