The process was just toooooo long. Many things could?ve been handled and follow through but instead it was left in limbo until I called to voiced my concerns. With my mortgage already with Newrez, I thought it will be a quicker process. However, I li Iove it that everything was easy to upload . I just wish the process and updates can also be listed there so I can see what?s going on as well.

I was very satisfied with Kurt and Eton. But the under writers are another thing. Several times they were informed of the incorrect name of my husband and yet upon final signing the name was incorrect again. We had to call for approval and I had to call title company to ensure the name was registered correctly.

I thought it would go more quickly. Actually refinancing my entire mortgage didn't take that long. The reviewers didn't like the report about my TSP withdrawal because the PDF file didn't have my name on it. If I hadn't been able to get a screenshot with my name appearing in the dropdown utility menu, I don't know what we would have done. I considered canceling the process and just paying for the geothermal from my savings several times.
