Easy, quick, good communication.

The process went well without many hiccups.

Informed throughout the process but there were some times when I just needed it to be done. Having to fix the patio frame prior to closing was not within my budget.

For the most part, I felt everyone was communicative. There was 1 incident of miss-communication but overall the process was encouraging and smooth

Fast quick and efficient and made the loan process easy.

All was done via email. Contacted twice before someone actually helped us. A .5 percent savings was not even worth the cost to process. Waste of time to save less than 100 per month and now our loan is longer and for more money.

I know Heather worked hard to try to accommodate my request. I wish I would have received a call at the end when my loan was about to close and I wanted to change my rate as it went down.

A little more communication

I was pleased how good everyone with this company reach out and made my loan possible. This have been my dream for a while to get my house on my own. I thank everyone that made this possible for me. Most of all I really thank the good Lord above with him none of this would of been possible. Once again I am glad I made this phone call on June 16, 2023. Took awhile but it happened for me. I had requested items from the original inquiry be removed from the quote/loan. However, when talking to the other officer assigned to the case it was not noted/excludable with no further explanation.

I really enjoyed speaking with Heather, and NewRez was very much in touch throughout the start of the process - we got great response. But when we got further down the line, I felt communication was not as good. Additionally, I felt that "Out of Offices" for a couple of my contacts slowed down the process somewhat. It was bad timing with vacations, etc. a couple times. However, I was given the manager's name to deal with while my contact was out. Also, some things appeared to be out of their hands, such as when we were "down the road" with the original HELO loan, and then it was discovered the underwriting group would not write in rural areas. That was frustrating.
