Easy experience always helpful

So Blake was amazing. Very helpful and numbers were spot on. Once we were transfered past Blake I can not say the same. After being transfered to Alexa the mortgage processor that we worked with her a few days and then she was let go from the company . We then had to be transfered again to Jonathan who's email changed half way through the process and it was all a little wierd and not confidence inspiring. Then our close was pushed back on the day before we were to close and move in due to a shed outbuilding that was locked and pictures were not taken of. Which cost me 1000 dollars in truck rentals and hotels. But Blake was amazing.
