It was quick and easy, the process didn't take much at all.

The overall process was very good. However, there were a few aspects of the process that were confusing at times. Kevin Zhu did a good job clearing up the confusion, but it took some extra back and forth communications. Specifically: (1) In the beginning of the process, it was not clear if I had to create a New Rez on-line application or if one was already started for me. (2) I kept getting automated notices that I had Tasks To Complete when I thought I had satisfied all requests for the information I thought were my responsibility. Some of the confusing requests were for Appraisal and Verify Hazard Insurance is Sufficient.
