Very knowledgeable and gave us very pricise numbers on every item.However, the numbers turned out to be $ 3,800.00 different in the end. It was explained by someone else, but still feels wrong and does not match quoted numbers. I understand there will be some differences, but that is a big difference to be off and if it was quoted that way at the beginning we probably would not have refinanced at this time. In the end, we are the ones who agreed to it, so that is on us.

It was quick and easy, the process didn't take much at all.

The overall process was very good. However, there were a few aspects of the process that were confusing at times. Kevin Zhu did a good job clearing up the confusion, but it took some extra back and forth communications. Specifically: (1) In the beginning of the process, it was not clear if I had to create a New Rez on-line application or if one was already started for me. (2) I kept getting automated notices that I had Tasks To Complete when I thought I had satisfied all requests for the information I thought were my responsibility. Some of the confusing requests were for Appraisal and Verify Hazard Insurance is Sufficient.
