Very thorough n friendly the whole team was actually great! Last min glich w my pnc bank account got me a bit feazzled because tge url website they believed was nit secure. That did send me to pnc bank a few times right before i settled with covid ramped i was not happy about that oart of the settlement. It all worked out. I also feel i should have received prio to settlement a buy sellers cheat sheet n i did not. I did verbally ask my lender what my interest was and i wasxquited or told 3% . maybe we did not lock in quick enough im not sure. Our initial purchase of our condo was done while we were traveling outside the country. Joel & team made that easy peasy, and we were able to walk into the lawyer's office and sign right away. Fast forward one year andwe took the opportunity to refi. Joel was relaxed but efficient as he found a super low rate.
