Clearly, working with Gina was a far better experience. I wish the interest rate in the current marketplace was better, but Gina kept me constantly apprised of rate options. A distinctly better experience working with a clear professional! Not surprising, underwriters often pose questions with the applicant's information and records provided. Gina's experience was instrumental in anticipating issues and making sure the i's were dotted and t's crossed. Other brokers simply respond to issues and questions raised by passing paper along. An approach that can result in delays and more time-consuming hoops to jump through. Gina is different. She knows the drill, communicates clearly and often, and made an otherwise cumbersome job furnishing personal and business records easy for me. She handled all communication and coordination with the title company, dealt with homeowner's insurance, title transfer issues, and made it all seamless. Her attention to detail made a huge difference. I'm happy to recommend Gina as a consummate broker and I wouldn't work with anyone else in the future. Newrez would be well advised to clone her.
