John Haberern is undoubtedly very experienced in dealing with VA loans. He is very friendly and personable, and has our best interest at hand. He is an outstanding communicator and leaves no doubts in understanding all aspects of the loan or the process from start to finish. He is very trustworthy minimizing the stress that usually comes with refinancing a home. He makes it very clear what to expect at the end of the process. John Haberern goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service, and was always unexpectedly available responding to texts and emails immediately. Even after hours. Therefore, I would work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking get any kind of home loan.

Newrez has a straight forward, user friendly online application platform. I have not yet used their website as a borrower who has already closed on their home loan to speak on it. My experience with John was seamless and pain free. John kept me readily informed about my loan status every step of the way. One standout characteristic that makes John Haberern my hands down, go to loan officer is his proactiveness. John stayed on top of financial trends that could potentially affect my loan or even my quality of life, and made adjustments accordingly to my benefit. I felt listened to and like my investment was protected. The level of integrity and professionalism that John operated under gave me reassurance that I was getting a quality product with Newrez. The same goes for Brynn who was the final bridge between me and underwriting.
