Ann Falconer led the way and helped with the many questions we had a first time home buyers. She also helped us secure the best rate possible in a very volatile market.

I was in contact with about 3 different members of your team, and was uncertain of everyone?s role and how much they knew about my loan. Email seemed to be the most effective form of communication, although believe a secure messaging portal may instill more confidence in the security of the process. Also, the format of most documents that I was asked to sign seemed out of date and were not user friendly. I would gladly work with a loan business that put the effort into graphically reformatting all contractual agreements to ensure consistency, accessibility, and garner trust over time with clients moving through this process. Seems to be an industry standard to treat photocopies of photocopies as legal documents, and think this leaves the customer experience feeling insecure and shady. I appreciated the online portal tool, and hope this can be built upon to streamline secure communications in a ?chat? format to keep log of interactions with loan team. Lastly, I do not know how to pay my mortgage. I am not how this information was provided at closing, but think all closing materials should be digitized and delivered. Lots of thoughts around the customer journey in general. Thanks for listening!
