I was handled very professionally by both Marc and Miguel. They kept me fully informed at all times. They both were considerate of my needs and worked to that end.

We had some difficulty with the 3rd party employment verifications. There were communication delays that required sending in new bank account information. I feel like it delayed things for 30 days. We all stay so busy it made it harder to complete that part of the process. Other than that I felt we did well.

Everyone with newrez was great. I just had a problem with the required physical address matching PO box on anything that had both. I know it was due to FHA requirements so I don't hold that against newrez. I have always gotten my mail at PO box, never at my physical address.
