I loved that Anthony reached out to me. Explained that he could help lower my rate, at little to no cost to me. How could i refuse. He eased my mind that proceeding with a refinance would not get in the way of my goal of refinancing again to get out of my FHA loan later down the road, and removing PMI. He actually said by lowering the payment, i could still make the original payment, and achieve my goal much faster. He sent me the list of documents and disclosures super fast for me to look over. And said he would be available for any further questions.

Process was smooth and easy. Loved the tool used for signing which made everything a breeze. We also closed sooner than expected. The only issue we had was with the scheduled closing. It was initially scheduled for a Monday then moved to that Wednesday of the same week. Received an email the Saturday before that it would be on that Monday again. Monday came and the attorney didn't show up. I called to complain and the attorney was able to come later that day. We were still happy in the end!

After some initial confusion (took three times to get my "other relative not living with me straightened out" the process went smooth and as promised.

I loved my experience of the refi but I am very displeased that I asked multiple times to get a agent to contact me for purchasing a home in Montana and have yet to be reached out to.
