I couldn't be any happier with the whole process from the moment I called to inquire about a home equity loan and Ryan answered to take care of all my inquires, he was so pleasant and knowledgeable, he made me so comfortable about making the decision for myself. He was honest and and available to me all the way through the application process and beyond. Once he turned me over to Vanessa for the approval phase I was again in capable hands. She was thorough, professional yet cordial every step of the way. She kept me informed and got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions. When closing time arrived she briefly walked me through what was to happen next and turned me over to a notary. I was called promptly by Debbie to make the appointment to sign all the documents, it was a quick turn around. Debbie arrived to our appointment right on time she was professionally dressed and had a lovely demeanor. Once we started it was evident she was organized and prepared for any customer errors, which I made a couple, she calmly whipped out duplicate images and sweetly said no problems and we just went forward. Completely painless. She left me confident in NewRez. A few days later Vanessa let me know the loan was funded to my credit union and finally Ryan congratulated me.
