There were some changes outside of her control that happened during the process and she worked tirelessly to resolve them. I would not have gone through with the loan had it not been for her. She made a lasting impression and my family is so grateful. Mitch was on-call a hundred percent of the time and was so patient. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made sure I understood all of the steps and had a clear understanding of who would contact me and what the time line was.
