I recently completed my home refinance with NewRez, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support I received from Steven and Camille throughout the process. Steven was absolutely awesome—so kind, professional, and attentive. From our first conversation, he made me feel at ease and walked me through every step with clarity and patience. I truly felt taken care of. Camille was just as amazing. Her attention to detail and proactive communication kept everything moving smoothly. She was a true supporter and stayed in my corner when my previous lender tried to delay the process, making sure my needs came first. I was very happy with the results. However there were many times when I would call or email that I did not get a response.

There were a few times I had to reach out to ask for information I thought should have been given.

At the end we did not have access to some of our Team members to ask questions or if we did, it was after of some our steps to follow.

Steven was excellent and was very upfront with me! I?m very happy with him and my experience!

My overall experience was very good but the outcome or my expectations were disappointing which was determined or based on some factors

The issues with the closing of the loan and the notary not understanding I should have signed a paper caused a snowball effect of many other delays.
