Incredibly helpful. I never did an equity loan and had many questions, which she clearly answered while giving various options that may suit my needs better. Additionally, once I decided to move forward, I encountered issues with opening the esign files and she came up with a work-around in my email and stayed w/ me on the phone till it was completed. Honestly, I was not really considering the loan, much more than a distant option I wanted to understand more thoroughly. She showed me where I gain the most and sold me on the idea. She's a keeper!

They are very good at getting you to sign all the needed paperwork. But they lack in explaining the appropriate steps that are taken or what will be coming next. If you are not computer literate some of the steps are hard to understand. When I was growing up most computers were owned by the government. Computers had massive amounts of vacuum tubes and punch cards. I have no clue what a pdf file is or how to open one. When I was in college at Wake Forest you had to put in a written request for something off the internet and they would access the information overnight when the government and researchers were not using it.

She was very accommodating and made the experience a positive one.
