A few bumps. 1. I have owned my house with the same mortgage company since 2005 and I was asked twice to provide information from my divorce 1997 on property. That was unexceptable to ask me to go back to a passed that I left behind. It was finally dropped and I didn't have to provide 26 years ago. 2. Miscommunication between Jeffrey and Eton on the agreed option I choice. Misinformation on a payoff of a GreenSky account I paid and Newrez wanted to pay off a debt already paid. Lost final papers and needed a second signing. Overall not bad experience.
