Overall, the process was much less painful than I anticipated. Chris and Paulette were both great to work with and very helpful.

Although I was kept informed during the loan process, often it took way too long to answer my questions.

The processing took longer than I expected.

Clear communication

I had no issues with Christopher Brinker with the loan process. I was not happy with Jeffrey Nielsen with the handling process regarding title company and judgements that were not ours. Our file was on someone?s desk for 20 days until I reached out and had to contact the title company directly. The target date I needed my funds was not met. This could have been avoided.

They were very informative of all the steps that were happening, always staying in contact and answering all of my questions.

The willingness of staff to answer questions and present steps to take along the way. Always friendly when speaking to. Seemed to be genuinely concerned about making the customer happy along the way through the process.

My first conversation with Christopher Brinker was fantastic. These kinds of things can feel a little stressful, but I felt at ease as soon as we started chatting about the process.

Process took longer than expected. The standard automated emails stating I needed to complete or upload documents were incorrect. Each time I received these emails I contacted my loan officer/processor and was told to disregard most or all of them.

Mr. Brinker his knowledge and expertise was outstanding.

It was excellent at the very beginning when I was told I was closing on May 20 then it jump to May 28 then it jumped to June 25 it takes less than 45 days to do a refinance loan . I filed 4/3 for this loan . My Discover credit card payment and capital One Walmart card wasn?t in the envelope yesterday with the other checks . I called yesterday. No reply

Great people to work with, made the loan process easier

The underwriting process took too long. We were an existing customer whom you regularly solicit for a cash out refi. From my standpoint, underwriting should have taken 2 to 3 weeks at most not 6. It feels like you could have run some of the steps concurrently and not sequentially.

Any time we had a question you guys were available and everything went nice and smooth.

Everyone was helpful, informative, and communicative. My only complaint is that no one would explain the "mystery" charge in the closing under the category "Other". I called Christopher and I called Treasure and neither could tell me what it was. At the final closing there was still $25 of unexplained charges in the "Other" category. I finally gave up trying to get an answer.

Chris was always ready to take my calls and answer my questions. A very pleasant attitude. I am thankful.

The entire process went smooth, from the online inquiry to closing. I was informed of each step via text and email. The use of online document signing was great. I look forward to continuing our business together!
