My wife and I just recently used Joe and Wintrust for the third time to buy our "forever home". We had used him in the past for our first home and a refinancing. We couldn't be more happy with his or his team's services. Joe and his team were very responsive to questions, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and created an experience where there were no unpleasant surprises at the end. We received our clear to close document weeks in advance which took a lot of stress away from home buying. This experience with Joe and his team reminds me of why I use him rather than some online service. He was always just a phone call or email away, never to busy to talk to me, and clearly did everything in his power to make this a smooth process. I didn't worry about emails going unanswered, because he always promptly replied or called in response. He truly takes ownership behind his customer experience which is all too rare these days from my experience. He originally came to us highly recommended, and after three different transactions with him, he has only exceeded my expectations. Home buying is stressful enough, but to take the stress out of the financing side of things, I couldn't recommend Joe and his team enough.
