Michael Isaac is truly an exceptional employee - you should do whatever it takes to retain and advance him. Here are the reasons why - he proactively did research to find my loan and reached out to me to refinance. He is HIGHLY responsive - text, phone, email. He is very proactive and thorough - he outlined all the information/documents needed at every stage of the process and informed me what the next steps were and what was needed at those steps. He is solution-oriented. When my rate increased (because I was too slow getting back to him) he found a way to decrease my rate (opening a bank account). He is literally so organized and thinking 1-2 steps ahead for me. I am super busy at work so to have everything laid out for me - timelines, deliverables, next steps was enormously helpful. I have bought/sold 12 homes and this is literally the BEST experience I’ve ever had. It was actually pleasant!! And that was all because of Michael. I may even move all of my accounts (checking/savings/money market) to Wintrust because of him!!
