All around good people to work with to make the process smooth

We dealt with some curveballs on this one, namely the need to remediate an issue prior to close which was unexpected given this was a purchase "as is" and with plans to gut renovate. That said, Tiffany worked hard to get us to a reasonable outcome and ultimately we were able to close on schedule. It took a lot more work and a few extra hoops than I was expecting but we got there and Tiffany was very supportive and responsive throughout.

Tiffany and her assistant Margaret were a pleasure to work with. Tiffany was very focused up front about getting me through each step of the mortgage process. Very knowledgeable, hand holding and caring which really helped me stay calm. I began to believe pretty early on that Tiffany was going to get me to the closing on the date stated in the real estate contract.
