Easy, fast, and informative

Aaron Mitchell and Kevin Wambold were amazing to work with. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions about the mortgage process that they both were able to answer thoroughly to help me feel comfortable and in safe hands. However, one major frustration that I had with this process was with my assigned underwriter, Lindsey Kool. Not only did she come off unorganized, with no attention to detail, and little time management/task prioritization skills, these issues greatly affected my trust in NewRez as a company. She requested for documents that ended up being unnecessary and for documents that I had already submitted and I ended up having to resubmit with highlighting on the information that she was inquiring about. While Aaron and Kevin were great individuals to work with, what does it say about the company as a whole who may or may not have trained all of their staff properly? Especially in the buying process (compared to refinancing), time management is extremely important as there is a relatively hard closing date for the loan to be processed. Again, I'd like to thank Aaron and Kevin for all of their help and quick responses to help ease my anxiety as much as they could. I could not have asked for a better team!
