The process took a lot longer than expected. There were expenses that arose that were unexpected to complete the process that caused a high level of stress. I had to fight to not have to raise my home owner's insurance to an outrageous level for the loan to proceed to the next step.

Rodney was super informative during the original discussion, and his charismatic temperament was that driving factor that lead me to go with newrez over one if the several other companies. Analisa was great, she kept me informed as the loan progressed, and was always pleasant and helpful every time we talked. Overall I could not be happier with Rodney and Analisas work on my loan.
