My 1st chat with Miss Kaitlynn was thru text when she reached out to me on March 18th, after I was dissed by a complete jerk at Veterans United. (she could probably tell you all about it) She is: Friendly Responsive Professional Understanding Knowledgeable & Most Importantly, She was PATIENT with me bc sometimes, I need a little "extra". I shared this with her during one of our first convos: "You can catch a wild animal, then release it, and catch it again. But as soon as someone gives you their time, just like the spoken word, it will never return!" She always found time to respond directly to me when I had a question, comment, or concern. I truly value & appreciate the time she spent with me! I should have reached out to y'all first but Veterans United claims that they help more Veterans and give more money to Veterans for loans than anyone. They're a trash organization & I think it's a brokerage where everyone is out for money! She made me feel valued and respected as a person and as a Combat Veteran. She taught me so much about the housing & lending industry as all I knew about it was from TV or Movies. Mr. Jason & Miss Megan are wonderful compliments to her team! In the process of buying my home was hands down the most helpful person I interacted with, not just with veterans first but overall.

She was awesome to have gone out of her way to make sure I was able to get this huge log home. It wasn't easy for her or me because of the leins against the property by the IRS, very time consuming but she really had patience knowing the outcome was a good deal. I hope to deal with her again in the future.

From the start of the loan process to the closing I work closely with Kaitlynn, of all of the questions that I had ask they were answered in a form of clarity and understanding. Also, if I didn't understand some of the language it was broken down to terms for me to understand. The best of all was the staying on top of her game in making sure all documents was done in a timely matter along with following up with me as well with the rest of her team in the steps that needed to be accomplished till closing time.
