Friend of mine referred me to Rod I feel he was very professional easygoing explained things thoroughly found good solutions and costs, once I had all my documents in my only mild feedback is I hadn't heard from him in about 10 days so I reached out to him and he might have been waiting for me , that was the only unclear part of the steps , so then everything went real smooth after that easy to close and coordinate, I would have the notary perhaps explain better to people if you get extra money returned to you there is a significant wire transfer fee, instead avoid the fee pick up your check instead but other than that overall I'd say 8-9 out of 10. He took special care when things needed to happen and when deadlines were approaching. Mr. McLean also was patient while I made my decisions, but also was prompt when I needed to make a time-sensitive decision.

Mr. McLean kept me fully up to date with what I could expect and what was happening. Any possible delays were explained, but did not occur. Rod is on top of the rates day by day, even hour by hour. During the time with all the crazy rate fluxuations, Rod kept me up to date until we could get the rate I wanted. I did have to buy it down, but best deal for the timing with CoVid 19 interfering. Rod was with me every step of the way. so knowledgeable about mortgage refinancing; personable, easy to work with but very truthful about the process - no surprises at all. Very please with the experience.
