It was a long and tedious process, to get to final face. But Lea and Miguel kept us well informed. Very professional both of them.

Lea and Hayle did an outstanding job of communicating the process and keeping me informed on the next steps to follow. Even when my account/loan information disappeared from the newrez portal, Hayle kept calm, leading me in the right direction to people that could help me solve the issue.

There was a lot of bull**** at the end! For one, no one mention my wife you have to be live to sign. This cost us 600..00 so I could fly back from Fairbanks so we could be together to sign. The lady the singed the documents barely spoke English and was had to understand. Then she calls back 2 days later stating she lost or IDs and needed me to rend them. I have to say I?m very disappointed!!

We were told two days before closing that we were going to receive a total of $152k there was a lien that needed to be paid of for $42k and nobody ever called and told us about that.

Lea was pretty awesome. We had not been sure of what the right process or way to manage would be right and she was thoughtful, caring, and educating. She was way more available than she should be which was awesome. She continue to check in on us and make sure things went well. Super sweet person they totally helped us plan to finish our basement. Someone give her a burrito and margarita and the day off to put her toes in the ocean and relax she deserves it!

The very first call with lea was great. wonderful. I come from a long career for customer service lead which I knew she would take care of us with the initial call process. Slow response after initial phone call and what we call "goal posts always moving" meaning that every mortgage disclosure sent had numbers that we DID NOT discuss. The process took 3 MONTHS from the time of the first phone call but some of that time was due to us shopping for mortgages.
