I was so glad to speak to Andrew. Although first option could not accommodate as the refi rate wouldn't make a different for my financial situation, but Andrew went beyond to provide alternative options and his willingness to work out the numbers with me was very appreciated. Will definitely looking to refi again with Andrew once the interest makes a significant improvement.
