Phana is, hands down, the best of the best in the business. (With the client's permission first) I sit through her consultations with my clients that I refer to her and she never ceases to impress me. She explains the process, qualifications, and explains the details thoroughly, but in layman terms, so the clients have a very good understanding of what to expect. After the consultation, she doesn't just send a list of the items she needs from them, she also does a good job of WHY she is asking for them so the clients fully understand the reasoning behind the request. Once in escrow, Phana and her team keeps you in the loop so you're not wondering what is happening with the file on the lending end. When situation gets tricky, she knows how to think outside of the box and get creative so the deal can work.
