This was my first time ever refinancing my home, so I did not know anything, nor what to expect. I was about to rethink applying initially after my first conversation with Jonathan Webb on Wednesday, January18, 2023. However, after listening to him trying to explain different things to me, in an effort to help me make a more informed decision, I was onboard. I admired how Mr. Webb followed through on what he said. For example, when he said he would call me back, he always did. He responded to my emailed questions or phone calls in a timely manner. Most importantly, he was always professional and polite. Integrity is paramount for me, and Jonathan Webb exemplified that indeed. Another thing, after Jonathan Webb completed his part of my Refi process, Karissa Bouchard was my contact person. Although I knew that, I reached out to Jonathan Webb one or two more times, and he still responded to give me clarity on any questions/concerns I had. I followed everything Jonathan asked me to do, and everything turned out just as he had predicted. I am so grateful to him and his services to me. Regarding Karissa, she was just as pleasant and reliable. I could call or email her regarding anything, and she would respond in a reasonable amount of time to give me clarity or peace of mind. Karissa helped the Refi process continue to flow smoothly. She made sure everything was in order. She shared what would take place and when, and she kept me informed of the "Next Steps." Karissa told me of the date of closing, the name and contact information of the Notary that would come to my house, and shared when she would be available if I needed to contact her for anything. In addition, the Notary, Mr. Milton Green with BC Law from Decatur, GA was awesome as well! He entered my home with a smile, greeted my mom and I, and was friendly throughout the entire Closing. He was finished in twenty-seven minutes. Finally, the BC Law Disbursement Team delivered the funds within four business days as promised (2-16-23). The cash-out bankwire was in my account Friday morning (2-17-23), and the pay-out checks were in a FedEx package on my front porch when I got home the same day. Now, that's service! Outstanding service! I am amazed at how quick everything took place. I started the Refi process on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, and closed on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Wow; that's less than a month! SIMPLY AMAZING! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the NewRez Team to anyone! It was spectacular from start to finish, and definitely an experience I would never forget!
