Overall a pleasant experience. Heather was pleasant, a little gruff, not super friendly. A little confusion at the end regarding paying off my car, but she was on it. Very quick to reply.

I was assigned Anthony and then not hearing from him for a week I finally called to be told that he's not there anymore, so I got reassigned. John was great helping me catch up because of Anthony. Matthew was great until he didn't send the paperwork to be signed to the notary until an house before we needed her to print them oh and he wasn't there that day so I had to call his supervisor to get the paperwork sent to her so we could still close on time.

John Capra walked me with the process of completing loan documents online since I was not so good with computer. He was very patient with me. Linda was there for me throughout the loan process. Keeping me informed almost daily about the progress of my loan. Linda and John are definitely excellent workers for your company. They made the process so easy and stress free. Thank you Linda and John.

John and Cole were great. Always called me back. Explains everything about the loan. Reassured me everything was what it said. Checks overnight to pay off my bills? different story. Been a pain. Holding checks 20 days after I paid bills off cause of the amount. If they would have paid me then I could have paid the bills off over phone and creditors would have got paid sooner.

had to resend paper work a couple of times. Website couldn't handle the amount and i dont know how to condense it down . had some information that was wrong on my paperwork and i had to fix it at signing, infor was noted as wrong and needed correcting before but didn't happen.

The title clearing process took way too long. I feel like we should have closed a few weeks before we actually did. Otherwise, communication was very good.

Both my wife and I have busy schedules and everyone was very understanding to our needs. I was notified every step of the way where the loan was at in its progress. Closing was fast and funds where delivered quickly! Thank you for helping us with our refinancing. This consolidation helps my family tremendously, allowing my wife and daughter to continue their college educations.
