I (Pam) clicked immediately with Dan Nielsen during our first phone conversation. Meeting him in person the first time my husband was like wow, he's like the loan person we used 40 plus years ago. We were comfortable with him immediately. We didn't feel like we were just a "number" looking for a loan. We weren't rushed in and out. Dan offered us options. Originally we were looking for a vacant lot loan. After discussing our then current variable rate mortgage we choose to refinance and pull equity to cover the lot we were purchasing. We are so happy with our experience. We will definitely reaching out to Dan when we need the construction loan to build on our new home.
