My relationship with Dan began two years ago with the purchase of my first home. Dan made me aware of a Wintrust program for pharmacists. This is truly unique as there are several programs that exist for physicians but very few known programs for other healthcare professionals. My "team" consisted of my real estate agent, lawyer, and Dan. All three worked really hard and made it possible for me to purchase the condo that was my #1 on the list of properties I viewed. Dan was the consummate professional throughout the process. He was responsive to texts and calls and made himself available to answer my questions. In February 2026, I worked with Dan once again on the mortgage refinancing process. Just as he did with the initial purchase, Dan exhibited exemplary professionalism throughout. In fact, there were times in which I thought I may not qualify for an interest rate reduction, but Dan reassured me that my credit score would indeed make me eligible for some form of monthly mortgage payment relief. Consequently, I persisted and soon learned that Dan was correct. I am very happy about the outcome and look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.
