The best part about this experience was Karen Lee. She was excellent at guiding me through this process. I had one issue at the closing when i found out that though I applied for this refinance as a sole borrower and went through all the steps, my deceased wife's name showed up on the final papers as a co-borrower. When I called in a panic for assistance, Karen was the one who responded with compassion and professionalism and corrected the issue as she said she would. Though the closing had to be postponed for another week everything went smoothly from there.
