Kevin did a terrific job explaining the VA loan process, and how the recoupment would be limited to a 3 year limitation. I still found that part confusing, so in the future, if there is some diagram to show the difference between the 3 year and the full amount, that would be very helpful. Again, not criticizing Kevin in his explanation, just that I was finding it hard to follow.

Our experience was great. The only issue we had was the life of our loan changing when I was told it wouldn't. Besides that it is a good company. So we will see if these issue gets resolved. But I would use this company to buy another house in the future.

Kevin was great and extremely helpful considering the process started in mid-March and did not get finalized until November. Issues on me subordination or second on my home (never an issue before for lower rates) and has been financed through freedom mortgage since I bought the house so question the loan was on the companies side not mine but they wanted the information from me that they should have been able to see on their side of things or accounts. Plus all original loan paperwork they wanted me to upload that freedom mortgage has on file and not sure why I was asked to provide it. Let me say again, Kevin was great in addition to another gentleman that helped me that I do not remember his name.
