Kevin Dixon is amazing!! I have dealt with Kevin for the last few years regarding my Newrez mortgage, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy & easily accessible. When I call and have to leave a VM he always returns my call within a very timely manner. When emailed it is the same, always responds quickly! Kevin did a terrific job explaining the VA loan process, and how the recoupment would be limited to a 3 year limitation. I still found that part confusing, so in the future, if there is some diagram to show the difference between the 3 year and the full amount, that would be very helpful. Again, not criticizing Kevin in his explanation, just that I was finding it hard to follow.
