The Loan Officer, Ryan, did a great job communicating to me throughout and lwas helpful and not pushy. The person I dealt with after Ryan took an adversarial tone in every interaction I had with him. He still got the loan over the finish line, but I felt I was in the way of him meeting his quota and not the customer.

We looked at the federal interest rate an hour after signing our closing papers and it was 6.5% and we had just signed for 7.9% and was told that our interest rate would go down if rates went down. And it didn?t so we feel a bit dooped. Everything went well other than the final rate conversation whe rates were federally down.

Even though refinancing is a long process, Ryan always made sure we knew what was going on and put us at ease. Whenever we had a question, he called us back immediately and had a answer. He was great to work with. The same with Miles always made sure.We knew what was going on and what the next step was. Thank you to both of them for a great experience! I attempted to refinance with you in March of this year. There was a problem with the language on my student loan on my Credit Report. The language was right there in front of me, but I could not see it to save my life. My Appraisal Fees were returned and no one contacted me or returned my call to tell me why, or what happened. However, I decided to try one more time as I had received a notification that there had been a change in the language by Mohella/student loan.
