All went well in the process but 'one' thing missed. Wife's name on Deed but got it corrected with the representative that came to the house to finalize closing. That's why I gave it a 9 out of 10!

I thought the experience from start to finish was very good. They let me know up front how what they needed from me and how the process would work and only had to come back to me a minimal number of times for additional documentation and they kept me informed as to status. I reached out a couple times and each time was contacted back promptly. I was pleased.
