The year 1977 was my last experience with buying a home. I was newly married to my husband and it was an easy process as he had numerous friends in the banking business. Now, as a widow, I was very unfamiliar with the contemporary mortgage application process. E-signatures are still something I'm not completely comfortable with! For the final closing, I chose to sign everything personally. Angelo walked me through all the documents I would need. I was able to deliver them easily to his office. He communicated with me regularly and answered a myriad of my questions. He was easy to speak with explained all the details of the process. He emailed, texts, or phone called, He was always available and responded immediately to our texts, emails or phone calls. In the survey the reason I gave a 9 on "ease of process" was because as seniors computers aren't our forte, all that computer stuff, so Angelo came to our house to help us fill out the online material.
