Fairly smooth process. The improvements I would push for on the paperwork side would be to get some of the details ironed out a bit sooner. Also, given my Primary funds were parked at Wintrust weeks in advance, the verification process should be a bit more automated (sign an authorization to allow underwriting to pull most of what they need directly). Closing was super smooth.
