I thought the process would have been less than a month. But it worked out over all. Helaman was great in explaining the questions I had and I was very pleased with the results.

There were several things that should have been brought to our attention way before we were told of them. Our loan guy just disappeared and no one told us. A Inspection report was missing & they told to us only a few days before we needed to close. We could not get a straight answer on when we were supposed to close. Then when we were closing the didn?t tell us the wire information for the bank was different to a routing number. Instead of calling us the fed ex our check so the bank put a 10 day hold on it. Just things they could have done way better. Made it difficult for us.
